That last one is critical, because things do go wrong – and it’s often in the middle of the night, halfway to the next city, with 50 people dependent on our next move.

There’s also a big difference between booking one or two hotel rooms and buying out an entire hotel to accommodate the whole crew. And then getting them all checked in at once.

We also understand what it’s like when you’re working late, so we’ll make sure the hotel bar is still open when everyone gets back, and we’ll try to get everyone late checkout so you can sleep in the next day.
